Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical publications for complex programs.
• Ability to develop and implement a Technical Publications Plan.
• Strong QA focus and documentation verification.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop Technical Documentation WorkPackages in line with project planning.
• Create the Technical Publications Plan outlining deliverables and sources.
• Implement the approach from the Technical Publication Plan.
• Research necessary content through system analysis and stakeholder dialogue.
• Prepare data from LSA and verify content on customer systems.
• Ensure technical and formal correctness and QA compliance.
• Handle common documentation standards (S1000D, ISO).
• Drive continuous improvement and identify savings opportunities.
• Manage budget and schedule within mandate scope.
• Record technical relationships and manage subcontractors for work packages.
