Fever in Madrid is seeking a hands-on, project‑driven professional to manage the full life cycle of large events from contract signing to closing. You’ll coordinate with event organizers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and clear documentation.

You’ll work with product and engineering to translate needs into Fever usability requirements, build a knowledge base, and support on-site moments when needed. English and Spanish fluency are essential.

Formación

• You are degree qualified and have a project management background.
• Fluent level of English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• You will manage the entire life cycle of big events from contract signing to final closing.
• Be the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering to deliver on them.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to support user incidents.
• Ensure all requirements and documentation are in place for project goals.
• May require on-site presence during launches or key dates.
