Job summary

Avolta in Madrid is seeking an Account Manager to own the post-sale relationship with a defined portfolio of VOYA brand advertisers. You will onboard new advertisers, manage campaigns, present performance results, and drive renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across DOOH, programmatic and data solutions.

This role requires strong relationship skills and the ability to operate across time zones and markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or campaign management in media or advertising.
• Understanding of how brands plan and buy media (DOOH, programmatic, retail media).
• Commercial mindset with experience in renewals and upsell.
• Strong communications and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end post-sale relationship for a defined advertiser portfolio.
• Meet retention, renewal and growth targets with upsell opportunities.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews translating performance data into insights.
• Collaborate with Campaign Management, Ad Operations, Creative and Insights for flawless execution.
• Develop tailored renewal proposals using first-party data and audience measurement.
• Maintain account plans and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
