Job summary

Vidoomy Media SL is seeking a proactive Junior Account Manager to identify and engage publishers, expand the network, and drive monetization opportunities. You will support client communication and analyze performance reports to uncover growth opportunities in a fast-growing, international team.

Fluency in Spanish and English, strong Excel/Office skills, and a hands-on attitude are essential as you become part of a dynamic, centrally located Madrid office with a vibrant, young environment.

Qualifications

• Spanish and English (C1 level) both spoken and written; evaluation during interview process.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail when working with data and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new publishers to expand our network.
• Reach out to potential partners through different channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with new publisher accounts.
• Support in daily client communication and basic issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to maximize engagement and performance.
• Conduct detailed report analysis to support client performance and detect growth opportunities.
