Job summary

Avolta in Madrid is seeking an Account Manager to own the post-sale relationship with a defined portfolio of VOYA brand advertisers. You will drive campaigns from onboarding to renewal, delivering growth and ensuring a seamless client experience across DOOH, programmatic, and sponsored media.

Join a dynamic, international team and help shape VOYA’s advertising partnerships across DACH and international markets. Fluency in English is required; French or German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of account management or related experience in media/adtech/retail media.
• Strong understanding of how brands plan and buy media; experience with DOOH/programmatic or related channels.
• Commercially minded with ability to lead renewal and upsell discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end post-sale relationship for a defined portfolio of brand advertisers.
• Achieve retention, renewal and account growth targets including upsell and cross-sell across product suites.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews translating performance data into insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Campaign Management, Ad Operations, Creative and Insights to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop tailored proposals for renewals, expansions and new initiatives leveraging first-party data.
