Job summary

Zinco is building the back-office of the future for millions of small businesses, powering accounting, taxes, payroll, and financing with AI and automation, backed by human advisors who understand client needs.

You will act as an AI Product Manager, shipping prototypes end-to-end, testing with real users, and iterating quickly so the squad can take over with confidence. The role is hybrid, based in Madrid, with in-person collaboration several days weekly.

Qualifications

• Shipped working software, automations, or AI-powered workflows used by real people.
• Hybrid role based in Madrid with in-person collaboration several days a week.
• Proven ability to prototype with AI tools and low-code platforms.
• Strong product sense with a bias toward validation and learning over perfection.
• Deep user empathy for accountants, advisors, and small business owners.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows that automate accounting and tax processes, built and tested by you before engineering touches them.
• Create functional prototypes of internal tools to boost advisor productivity and client experience.
• Develop automations and agent pipelines that validate operational hypotheses.
• Ship end-to-end features to prove value at small scale before being productized by the squad.
• Define clear thresholds for readiness signals and handoffs to the squad.
• Run lightweight user tests on prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Document learnings to help squads build on validated foundations.
• Share patterns and workflows to help the team move faster.
