Job summary

zooplus is seeking a Senior Creative Automation Manager to lead Generative AI and automation across the Design and Creative teams in a hybrid Madrid-based role. You will drive scalable AI-powered workflows, partner with Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology, and define governance and testing frameworks to improve efficiency and content performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Creative Operations, Creative Technology, Marketing Automation, Digital Production, AI, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong understanding of digital creative production across multiple marketing channels.
• Experience designing scalable workflows or operational frameworks.
• Analytical skills to drive decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Generative AI and Creative Automation strategy for the Design organization.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve creative production, localization, adaptation, and content optimization.
• Design and scale automated workflows for creative asset creation, versioning, resizing, distribution, and localization.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to integrate AI and automation into day-to-day creative workflows.
• Develop frameworks for creative testing, experimentation, and performance optimization using data-driven insights.
• Establish best practices, governance, prompt libraries, and quality standards for responsible use of AI in creative production.
• Define and monitor success metrics for automation initiatives and drive improvements.
