Changan Spain is seeking an Aftersales Manager (m/f/d) to establish and lead the Aftersales function supporting the launch and growth of the Changan brand in Spain. This hands-on role builds a Spain-based team and collaborates with dealer partners and service providers to deliver superior ownership experiences.

The role oversees parts operations, technical support, warranty, customer service, and training, with regular travel across Spain and Europe. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management)
• Extensive Aftersales management experience in international environments
• Proven track record building and leading teams
• Strong understanding of parts, warranty, customer care, and dealer network management
• Fluent in Spanish and English; willingness to travel across Spain and Europe

Responsabilidades

• Establish and develop the Spanish Aftersales function in collaboration with European and global teams
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a Spain-based aftersales team
• Design and implement parts supply, logistics, technical support, warranty, and customer service programs
• Define and monitor KPIs for aftersales operations, dealers, and providers
• Build relationships with the Spanish dealer network to ensure customer and dealer satisfaction
• Oversee warranty operations and customer complaint handling
• Develop technical training programs and service standards for partners
• Ensure nationwide service coverage and support for fleet, leasing, and corporate customers
• Manage third-party suppliers to achieve service quality and cost efficiency
• Support growth of accessories and value-added services across the dealer network
• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manufacturer standards
