Changan Spain is seeking a Dealer Network Development Specialist to expand and protect the national dealer network, ensuring brand standards, customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability. The role requires frequent dealer visits across Spain and active collaboration with Sales, Aftersales and HQ.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in automotive network development, be fluent in English and Spanish, and be able to travel +70% with a driving license.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in network development within the automotive industry.
• Proficient level in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, dynamic person with social and negotiating skills.
• Able to travel frequently with +70% time visiting dealers.
• Result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural teams.
• Business Management skills highly valuated.
• Must be able to work independently and have a driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the brand's network development plan and supervise follow-up for all dealers nationally, across Sales and aftersales.
• Ensure facilities meet brand standards in construction, equipment and corporate design; report breaches and propose improvements.
• Define and implement an audit system to ensure network standards compliance.
• Audit corporate standards, facilities, interiors, signage and tools at dealerships.
• Monitor activity and follow up on business plans and feasibility plans.
• Monitor appointment processes of new concessionaires and renewal projects.
• Define requirements of the annual business plan and timely presentation of said plan.
• Maintain an adequate dealer network for current and future business.
• Manage internal projects with focus on time, quality and cost.
• Provide professional support to distributors to meet customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure monthly measurement of customer satisfaction.
• Support onboarding of new dealers.
• Ensure each dealer has competency plans and training as needed.
• Administer support systems for all users.
• Prepare reports for management and HQ on compliance and dealer alignment, and propose organization improvements.
• Visit dealers and promote Changan brand awareness among dealer networks.
• Identify opportunities and synergies with other business units when required.
