TD SYNNEX is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Microsoft 365 Platform. You will own platform strategy, governance, and ongoing health across M365 and Power Platform, partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, and regional IT to standardize and modernize cloud adoption.

The role emphasizes leadership over hands‑on admin, with responsibility for reducing technical debt and ensuring secure, scalable collaboration services aligned to enterprise priorities.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience managing enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform at an architectural/governance level.
• Proven experience driving standardization and reducing technical debt in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management in matrixed, global organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Product Ownership & Strategy: define target-state vision for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform with a clear roadmap.
• Platform Governance: own usage standards, provisioning models, data ownership, retention and sharing rules.
• Platform Engineering & Maintenance: leadership over platform stability, release and change management, automation.
• Legacy Reduction & Cloud Migration: steer migration from legacy tools to SharePoint/Teams and governed Power Platform solutions.
• Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Leadership: serve as senior contact for platform direction across IT and business.
