Job summary

Drees & Sommer España is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator – SharePoint & Teams to join our IT team in Málaga. You will administer, optimize, and support SharePoint Online and Teams, ensuring a secure, efficient digital workplace across regions.

Responsibilities include governance design, policy implementation, and automation of routine tasks using PowerShell and Graph. The role offers flexibility with mobile working and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or vocational training in IT or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of administering SharePoint Online and Teams in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 admin center, Teams admin center, SharePoint admin center, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Administer, operate, and continuously develop SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams with their admin centers.
• Manage SharePoint sites, Teams, channels, groups, roles, permissions, and access.
• Design governance and lifecycle requirements for sites, naming conventions, ownership, and retention.
