Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a talented Internal Communications & Employer Branding Trainee in Madrid. You will create, coordinate and deliver engaging content across internal channels, supporting culture and the employee value proposition while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes copywriting, content management, and project coordination, with opportunities to enhance the employee journey and engagement across a growing regional portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Internship in Internal Communication or Employer Branding preferred.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel content and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal content across channels (MyApp, newsletters, emails, intranet, internal TV).
• Draft/edit corporate messages, interviews and storytelling pieces.
• Support employee journey initiatives to boost engagement.
• Coordinate paid media and employer branding campaigns with agency and recruitment teams.
• Publish and manage content via CMS and internal tools to ensure consistency.
