Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Meetings & Events Business Solutions Trainee to support and enhance M&E systems across our global portfolio. You will help ensure content accuracy on external platforms and assist in enterprise connectivity projects for club hotels.

The role focuses on detail-oriented content management, technical curiosity with SAP, Opera and TMS, and strong communication in English to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams worldwide.

Formación

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in Meetings &Events operations within hospitality.
• Technical curiosity with Sales & Catering systems (e.g., SAP, Opera, TMS for Meetings).
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of content quality and consistency across third‑party platforms for M&E Club Hotels.
• Act as a key support in the rollout and management of the connectivity project with 55 external partners.
• Ensure CRS reflects up-to-date meeting and event content from connected portals.
• Support hotel teams in understanding and utilizing connected systems effectively.
• Assist in configuration support for franchise and managed hotels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop training and reference materials.
• Provide occasional support to other Business Solutions projects.
