Swish Marbella is seeking an experienced Guest Services Associate to join our boutique guest-services team in Marbella. You will be the face of Swish, handling guest inquiries with discretion and delivering seamless service across pre-arrival, stay, and post-departure phases.

You will coordinate villa services from private chefs to maintenance, liaising with internal teams and trusted suppliers to ensure rapid issue resolution and a premium guest experience.

Formación

• Experience in luxury villa rental or private residence management is essential.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong administrative skills with ability to improve backend processes.
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the face of Swish, handling all guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-departure inspections to ensure villa standards.
• Manage guest requests and coordinate villa services and external suppliers.
• Oversee check-in and check-out to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
• Maintain clear internal communication and follow-ups on guest matters.
