Utopia is seeking a dynamic Local Site Manager for a flagship luxury villa project in Barcelona. You will ensure site activities comply with codes, quality standards, and the approved plans while coordinating with the Head of Construction.

Relocation to Barcelona is expected if not already based there. The role requires a minimum of 4 years on construction sites, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish to communicate with a London-based management team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 4 years on construction site roles.
• Luxury villa project experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in construction software: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all on-site activities ensuring adherence to local codes, safety rules, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with project manager and Head of Construction for scheduling, resource allocation and procurement.
• Maintain strict quality control mirroring architectural designs and luxury standards.
• Manage project budget and seek cost-effective construction methods without sacrificing quality.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, skilled laborers and on-site staff for smooth workflow.
• Keep detailed daily records and report progress to management.
