Virtual Voyagers in Barcelona seeks a Local Site Manager to lead a high-end villa construction project. This role translates designs into on-site reality, ensuring delivery within time and cost constraints while meeting client expectations.

You will supervise activities, enforce codes, and coordinate subcontractors. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with reporting to the Head of Construction and interaction with London-based management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• 4+ years of construction site experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with project manager and Head of Construction on scheduling, resources, and procurement.
• Maintain quality control to mirror architectural design and luxury standards.
• Manage project expenses within the approved budget and seek cost-effective methods.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff for optimal workflow.
• Keep detailed daily records and communicate status to management.
