The Miiro Borneta Hotel in Barcelona is seeking a Reservations Executive who will shape the guest journey from first contact. You will ensure an efficient, accurate reservations process while supporting revenue strategy and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will lead end-to-end reservations, optimize workflows, manage complex VIP bookings, collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Formación

• Experience in Reservations, Revenue, or Front Office at 4*/5* hotels, in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue management understanding.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English.
• Advanced organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead processes and drive results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end reservations and align with the hotel’s commercial strategy.
• Optimise reservation workflows and guest experience.
• Manage complex, high‑value, VIP reservations with personalised service.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Front Office and Guest Experience teams.
• Lead channel distribution, rate parity, and system configurations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and insights.
• Drive SOPs, data protection, and compliance across reservations.
