Job summary

Burberry is hiring a Department Manager to lead the La Roca store, overseeing a team of around 25 colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences and commercial results. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive category performance, develop talent and foster an environment where service excellence and client engagement thrive, with a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering sales, productivity and profitability targets across all categories.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 25 colleagues, creating an engaged and high-performing store environment.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the sales floor to elevate client experience, selling performance and service standards.
• Drive client engagement and loyalty by championing personalised service and long-term relationship building.
• Analyse business performance, identify opportunities and implement actions that improve commercial outcomes.
• Take ownership of daily store operations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance and an elevated luxury environment.
