The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests, handles inquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule.

Formación

• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests at the Spa and assist with enquiries.
• Take reservations for spa treatments and upsell products.
• Explain facilities and services and guide guests through their visit.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and accurate daily reports.
