Silversea is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager/Butler Manager to lead all housekeeping operations aboard our cruise vessel in Spain, delivering high-quality service to guests and crew.

You will drive standards, supervise staff, control inventories and budgets, ensure Public Health compliance, and mentor the Butler Manager to prepare for succession.

A proven background in hospitality, budget oversight and exceptional guest service is essential to maintain Silversea’s premium experience.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in housekeeping management.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of Public Health policies and procedures.
• Excellent cleaning standards and guest service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and supervise the entire Housekeeping operation on the vessel.
• Inspect all areas to ensure smooth running and maintain standards.
• Interact with guests to identify needs and fulfill them promptly.
• Lead and train crew to deliver superior performance.
• Manage guest requests and complaints with timely follow-up.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and review feedback for improvements.
• Oversee VIP suites and embarkation procedures.
• Coordinate In Port Manning schedule for the Housekeeping team.
