Silversea invites experienced guest services professionals to join our luxury ships as a Reception Desk Associate. You will greet guests, handle check-ins, and coordinate requests to ensure the highest level of hospitality.

Requirements include at least 2 years in guest-facing roles on international luxury properties, strong administrative skills, basic accounting knowledge, and excellent English; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French are highly desirable.

Formación

• 2 years of guest-facing/front desk experience at an international luxury establishment.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong administrator with high integrity.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Additional languages desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest services at the reception desk.
• Coordinate guests' needs to ensure highest service.
• Respond to guest requests, enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain communication with the Guest Relations Manager and other departments.
• Process financial transactions and balance cash with the Financial Officer.
• Manage daily duties at the Reception Desk (RSVPs, mailing, DVD/CD rental, newspaper lists, reservations, wake-up calls).
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company practices.
