Celebrity Cruises seeks a Junior Guest Relations Officer to own guest interactions and ensure premium, memorable service. You will coordinate between guests and hotel/marine departments, proactively anticipating needs and enforcing safety and order in stateroom services.

Fluent English is required; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or German) are highly valued. Shipboard guest services experience is a plus and the role emphasizes professionalism, empathy and strong

Formación

• 1-2 yrs experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5 * hotel.
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• Ability to speak additional languages preferably Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or German
• Guest Services shipboard experience is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Maintains professionalism and emergency preparedness within stateroom services and supports operations.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a courteous, empathetic manner.
• Tracks metrics such as guest counts, call volume and guest/crew interactions.
• Communicates inventory, program access and maintenance requirements.
• Leads by example with calmness, respect, and ownership of guest and crew situations.
