Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Barcelona to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals and support daily store operations within a luxury retail environment.

You will build client relationships, use POS and clienteling tools, participate in brand initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative team that upholds Coach's standards of style and service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS tools (iPad/laptop) and reading price sheets
• Strong English proficiency (EU) and fashion knowledge
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Meet or exceed personal and store KPIs; drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and foster client relationships.
