Zadig & Voltaire is seeking a Part-Time Sales Advisor for 20 hours per week in Spain. You will welcome and assist a demanding clientele, provide personalized advice, and help maintain the premium brand image on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist the needs of a demanding clientele.
• Build customer loyalty through tailored and personalised advice.
• Contribute to enhancing the brand image with premium service.
• Achieve and increase sales using key commercial indicators.
• Master cash desk procedures and carry out transactions.
• Promote the brand image and maintain quality standards.
• Receive, label, and display products.
• Organise the sales floor and display products per guidelines.
• Review sales figures, documents and instructions while respecting confidentiality.
• Check and manage stock levels and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure follow‑up of customer service: returns, repairs.
• Participate in qualitative and quantitative reporting.
