Tiffany & Co. in Madrid seeks a Team Manager (or Assistant Store Manager) to support the Store Manager in leading sales, operations and security teams, ensuring outstanding Tiffany client experiences. The role requires a dynamic, inspiring leader who mentors staff and acts as a Guest Experience Manager.

The position emphasizes coaching, talent development, and achieving sales targets, with a focus on multilingual client service and brand fidelity in a luxury environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant client related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition.
• Flexibility to work in various roles (sales floor, operations, etc.).
• Spanish and English speaking abilities are mandatory; a third language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets.
• Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
• Lead, coach, and provide feedback to team to improve performance and client experience.
• Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service and maintain compliance with procedures.
