Mode Search is seeking a seasoned Team Manager for its Barcelona flagship. Based in the store, you will drive sales and service excellence, lead operations and people development, and assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.

You will nurture client relationships, coach the team, and ensure premium customer experiences that reflect luxury standards. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with Catalan a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in retail management or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and lead a team.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store performance across sales, service, operations and team development.
• Drive sales targets and key business metrics.
• Coach and develop team; recruit and retain talent.
• Maintain hospitality standards and clienteling in a luxury environment.
• Act as store lead in Store Manager's absence.
