Mode Search Ltd. seeks an experienced Team Manager for its Barcelona flagship. The role focuses on leading store performance, developing sales and operations teams, and delivering exceptional client service in a luxury environment.

You will report to the Store Manager and supervise day-to-day store operations in the manager's absence, while driving sales targets and client relationships with a premium brand approach.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, luxury retail, or similar customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership.
• Fluent in Spanish (Catalan) and English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of store performance, including sales, service, operations, and team development.
• Drive achievement of store sales targets, category objectives, and KPIs.
• Develop clienteling strategies to strengthen relationships with existing clients and attract new customers.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Ensure hospitality standards and in-store experiences reflect luxury service.
