Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona is seeking a Reservation Agent within the Reservations Department to deliver an exceptional guest experience through efficient reservation management and personalized communication.

Based at our luxury hotel on Passeig de Gràcia, you will maximize occupancy, respond to inquiries across channels and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure flawless guest service.

Formación

• Previous experience in Reservations or guest services in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and reservation processes.
• Ability to upsell and maximize revenue with guests.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilidades

• Handle guest inquiries and room reservations via phone, email and channels.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Concierge, Housekeeping and Front Office.
• Use reservation systems and respond to guest correspondence per standards.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.
