PRESTIGE PROPERTIES IBIZA is looking for a Luxury Rental Advisor to join our Rentals Department. We seek a dynamic, sales-driven professional with high proficiency in English and Spanish, excellent communication and negotiation skills, own vehicle, and knowledge of the island. Experience in luxury rentals, hospitality, real estate or sales will be highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Own a vehicle and knowledge of Ibiza.
• Experience in luxury rentals, hospitality, real estate or sales valued.
• German and other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on luxury rentals and premium properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and close rental agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners on Ibiza.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of island listings and market activity.
