Job summary

Luxinmo Real Estate, a luxury agency operating in Ibiza, seeks an experienced Rentals Agent for our Ibiza office. You will manage leads, acquire listings, and guide clients through booking and signing with support from our commercial and legal teams.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, plus a third language. A strong sales drive, excellent negotiation skills, and independence as well as teamwork are valued in our boutique, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the real estate industry.
• Fluency in Spanish and English and knowledge of a third language (French, German, Polish, Russian or Dutch).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
