Giorgio Armani seeks a Store Manager to lead our Armani Outlet Store in Las Rozas Village, Madrid. The role blends brand values with strong business acumen, delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales, developing the team and guaranteeing operational excellence.

With a strong presence on the sales floor, the Store Manager will coach, provide feedback and foster a dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environment, overseeing CRM, Clienteling, stock, store operations and KPI

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager in luxury fashion.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent client service and CRM/Clienteling knowledge.
• Fluent Spanish and high level English.
• Based in Madrid or able to work regularly from Las Rozas Village store.

Responsabilités

• Sales & Business Management: Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets, deliver an exceptional Client Experience, analyze KPIs and ensure stock availability.
• Team Development & Management: Lead, motivate and develop the store team, manage recruitment, onboarding and performance feedback.
• Operations: Ensure policies, budget control, stock and back-office organisation, and accurate reporting.
