The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is seeking an experienced F&B Manager who is passionate about service excellence, gastronomy, and luxury hospitality. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with a proven track record of leading complex F&B operations and multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, banquets and events, drive guest satisfaction, monitor budgets and financials, and collaborate with Culinary, Rooms Division and Revenue to deliver

Formación

• Experience managing F&B operations in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume settings.
• Valid work authorization for Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, banquets, events, and in-room dining.
• Ensure compliance with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Lead, motivate, and develop F&B teams and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, productivity and inventory control.
