The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama, a premier luxury resort, seeks an Assistant Director of Human Resources to lead people strategy and development across the scene. • Experience in leading HR teams within luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to drive employee engagement and culture.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation, collective agreements, and company policies.
• Contribute to workforce planning, staffing analysis, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead HR projects, audits, meetings, and initiatives at resort and Marriott level.
• Support the Director of Human Resources in implementing the resort's people strategy.
• Act as a trusted HR partner to department leaders and employees.
• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure an excellent onboarding experience aligned with The Ritz-Carlton culture.
• Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Support HR policy implementation and standardization across the resort.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and workplace matters.
• Handle sensitive employee concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Support disciplinary and grievance processes in line with policies and legislation.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
• Assist payroll and HR administration ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
