Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Event Rooms Coordinator for Grand Hyatt Barcelona to plan, coordinate, and manage accommodation arrangements for groups and events. The role works across Reservations, Front Office, Housekeeping, Revenue, Finance, Sales and Events to ensure seamless operations and a superb guest experience.

You will be the main contact for room-related requirements from group confirmation through post-stay follow-up, supporting exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Formación

• Experience in group reservations, rooms coordination, or event planning.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or similar high-service environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all accommodation-related aspects for assigned groups and events.
• Manage group room blocks, rooming lists, reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
• Coordinate VIP guests, upgrades, and special accommodation requests.
• Monitor room block pickup and communicate risks or changes to teams.
• Ensure accurate room rates, billing, and contractual conditions in hotel systems.
• Support revenue opportunities through upgrades and extensions.
