Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Concierge within the Guest Relations team aboard our luxury ships. The Concierge delivers a seamless Group, Loyalty & Concierge Class experience for premium guests, coordinating with Groups/Wedding/Events/Charter teams, Loyalty Corporate, and all hotel and marine departments.

This role requires outstanding hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, proactive problem solving, and accountability for guest satisfaction, with focus on VIP guests, events,

Formación

• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• 2-3 yrs background experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5 * Hotel
• Experience in handling different types of events with 80+ guests.
• Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as primary contact, advocate and representative for all guests, with increased focus on the VIP list, Loyalty, Groups and Concierge events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintains the Concierge lounge, Loyalty Spaces and conference rooms in a luxury, pristine condition.
• Keeps full knowledge of brand features, ship information, voyage details and guest preferences.
• Coordinates guests’ special requests for personalized services, such as transportation, reservations, activities, and other tailored services.
• Leads by example, maintains calm and respectful behavior, and ensures cleanliness and orderliness in guest and crew areas.
