Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a professional Concierge to join our Front Office team on a temporary replacement contract for medical leave coverage. You will greet guests, offer personalized recommendations, and coordinate dining, spa, and entertainment bookings to ensure an exceptional stay.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Previous experience in luxury hotel, hospitality, or guest-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist with dining, spa, entertainment bookings, and special requests.
• Provide guests with information on local attractions and experiences.
• Coordinate daily guest services and maintain updated guest profiles.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure seamless service.
• Manage transportation needs, including airport transfers and city guidance.
• Monitor VIP arrivals and prepare for flawless stays.
• Keep the concierge desk organized with maps, brochures, and materials.
• Respond to inquiries with empathy and resolve concerns swiftly.
• Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism and elegance.
