Christian Louboutin in Barcelona is seeking a Client Advisor to translate our brand DNA and Story to the client, maintaining our luxurious image while transforming needs into sales and loyalty. Under management guidance you will deliver a highly personalised, efficient and discreet service, build lasting client relationships, and drive CRM to grow your client base and loyalty.

You will work within a high-performing sales team, be a brand ambassador, and support store operations.

Formación

• Experience in luxury retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced boutique setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer experience following the Sales Ceremony and handle returns or damages promptly.
• Strive to achieve boutique targets and contribute to store performance.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to advise on design, craftsmanship and care.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving CRM and clientelling.
• Collaborate with the team and assist with store operations and back-office activities.
