Digital Sales Associate – German Fluency

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate fluent in German. The role requires strong sales aptitude, excellent closing skills, and the ability to build relationships with prospect clients across Fortune 100 organisations to small, innovative businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans using a cold‑calling strategy.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling into existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to establish and maintain good customer relations.

Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, self‑motivated with excellent closing skills.
• Goal‑oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
• Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
• Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English.
