Greenvolt Power Spain seeks an experienced BESS Construction Manager to lead the on-site execution of large-scale energy storage projects across Europe. You will supervise design and construction activities, coordinate with engineering, procurement, legal, and public authorities, and ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality standards.

• Engineering background with electrical specialization preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in renewable energy projects (preferably BESS) or related field.
• PM training (PMP/Prince2) is a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) in technical requirements and contract discussions.
• Oversee design drawings and participate in discussions with staff and BOS/BOP Contractors.
• Supervise external suppliers' service and product quality.
• Prepare and control documentation to start construction on time.
• Travel to construction sites regularly and monitor progress.
• Coordinate information flow with internal teams and public institutions.
• CAPEX monitoring during construction.
• Ensure permitting parameters are followed during the construction phase.
