JING DONG DEVELOPMENT SPAIN SLU is seeking a Work Order Processor to efficiently manage the lifecycle of work orders in a fast-paced environment. You will review requests, verify details, input data, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive problem-solving, with English communication as a must and Spanish knowledge as a plus.

Formación

• Experience in data entry or administrative work, preferably with work orders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and process incoming work order requests.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of work order information.
• Input data into the system with precision.
• Communicate with requestors and teams for updates and clarifications.
• Monitor progress and update statuses in the system.
• Generate reports on volumes and completion rates.
• Maintain organized records of processed work orders.
• Escalate complex or urgent issues as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements in work order handling.
