Risen Energy Europe is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support overseas projects by coordinating logistics resources and preparing shipping documents. The role involves liaising with transportation, warehousing, and customs teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate will manage overseas warehouses, inventory, and related invoices, while tracking shipments and resolving issues like delays or damages. Proficiency in ERP systems and cost optimization are essential.

Formación

• Major in International Trade or a related logistics field.
• More than 2 years of overseas logistics work experience.
• Language Skills: English can be used as a working language; Chinese proficiency is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate logistics resources for overseas projects and prepare shipping documents.
• Manage inbound/outbound warehousing and inventory at overseas facilities.
• Track international order logistics and resolve delays, damages, returns, and exchanges.
• Review transportation and warehousing costs and optimize logistics expenses.
• Assist finance with invoices and maintain complete customs, shipping, and transport documents.

Job Responsibilities

• 1、Project Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics resources for overseas projects, prepare and review shipping documents, and liaise with transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance parties to ensure on-time delivery.
• 2、Overseas Warehouse and Inventory Management: Manage inbound and outbound operations, warehousing, and inventory counting at overseas warehouses; process inbound/outbound invoices and accounting records to ensure inventory accuracy and timely shipment as required.
• 3、Customer Communication and Exception Handling: Track the logistics status of international orders and provide logistics information; coordinate with domestic operations to handle order exceptions and resolve issues such as delays, damages, returns, and exchanges.
• 4、Cost and Data Management: Review transportation and warehousing expenses, track and optimize logistics costs; maintain logistics data in the ERP system to ensure accuracy.
• 5、Finance and Document Management: Assist the finance team in entering sales/purchase invoices and reconciling inventory records with actual stock; maintain complete customs clearance, shipping, and transportation documents to support audits.
