The role involves optimizing logistics operations based on strategic insights, monitoring core metrics, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency. Candidates must hold a degree, have at least 5 years of experience in logistics, and exhibit strong management capabilities, particularly in cross-border operations. English proficiency is essential for this position.

Formación

Responsibilities

1. Continuously optimize last-mile products based on headquarters' and national-level product and sales strategies, leveraging high-quality last-mile service capabilities to facilitate transactions for cross-border merchants and enhance buyer experiences.
2. Proactively monitor core metrics of last-mile products, promptly identify and resolve issues to elevate merchants' logistics experiences.
3. Streamline and standardize operational processes, implementing a closed-loop system for exceptions, and enhance efficiency through digital operations.
4. Consistently develop a service provider evaluation system, enhancing product capabilities and establishing a core competitive edge in the market through high-quality management and collaboration with service providers.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with bilingual proficiency in English as working languages.
2. Possesses experience in logistics supplier management and coordination, along with a solid understanding of US parcel networks and cross-border business operations.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in last-mile operation management in the local market. Prior experience in cross-border logistics is highly desirable.
