Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain optimization, or operations management, with a proven track record of driving P&L improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, advanced Excel) and business intelligence platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes that result in tangible business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with large-scale logistics operations, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other process improvement frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing logistics processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction across various stages of the supply chain (e.g., warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery).
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance logistics quality, leading to measurable improvements in KPIs such as on-time delivery, damage rates, and fulfillment accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, product, and finance teams to design and execute logistics improvement projects.
• Lead root cause analysis for logistics quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and report on the financial impact of logistics quality improvements, demonstrating clear ROI for implemented solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytics and statistical methods to forecast logistics performance, identify trends, and address potential issues.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management regarding logistics performance and improvement opportunities.
