We are seeking a client-oriented leader for the role of Logistics Manager, based at our office in Olesa de Montserrat (Barcelona), with an expected move to our new factory in Castellolí (near Igualada, Barcelona) around March 2026.

Role Description

The Logistics Manager, reporting directly to the COO and CEO, ensures the efficiency of logistical operations, including product delivery and stock management (raw materials, drums, etc.), as well as the delivery of finished products and documents to clients, meeting cost and timeliness targets.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinating national and international shipments.
2. Tracking order statuses and reporting to sales and other departments.
3. Troubleshooting transport and customs issues.
4. Managing the activities of the Stock and Expedition teams.
5. Supervising training and analyzing KPIs.
6. Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and internal policies.
7. Developing strategies to optimize logistics operations.
8. Managing budgets and implementing cost-control measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain, or International Trade.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience as a Logistics / Supply Chain Manager, with knowledge of export procedures in the Middle East and Africa.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Leadership qualities focused on client needs and company culture.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
