Job summary

Qualifications

Degree or pursuing degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics.
Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication in an international team.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and IT skills.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and closing cycles; support data collection and template preparation.
Support analysis of P&L, headcount, cash flow, and other key metrics.
Help prepare financial summaries, dashboards and materials for management reviews.
Perform data quality checks and reconciliations across reporting tools.
Identify opportunities to automate FP&A activities and support tool implementations.
Assist testing, documentation, and rollout of new FP&A tools and reporting processes.
Support ad-hoc analyses and financial deep dives for decision-making.
