Toppan Digital Language is seeking a Language Operations Specialist to own and drive task delivery within the translation workflow, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with client needs. The role requires proactive communication, strong ownership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.

Location options include Seville or Madrid with a Hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, or related field.
• Native French and fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are advantageous.
• 2-4 years of experience in language operations, localization, or translation services.
• Experience with translation workflows, MS Office, CAT tools, and HTML coding.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive linguistic and operational tasks to meet client needs; ensure outputs are accurate and aligned with requirements.
• Communicate proactively on progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Team Coordinators and Service Delivery to ensure consistent quality.
• Uphold QA processes and account-specific requirements across workflows.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
