Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for Global Business Solutions in Madrid. You will bridge the platform and client needs, turning campaign data into actionable strategies and ROI-driven insights.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize campaigns, help grow advertiser partnerships, and drive platform adoption across advertising formats while delivering measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

Experience in account management or performance marketing.
Knowledge of media/advertising landscape with hands-on digital/programmatic sales experience.
Ability to analyze data and derive insights on campaign performance.
Understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP).
Thrives in a rapidly changing environment and adapts quickly to change.
Fluency in Spanish and English for client communication.

Responsibilities

Advertiser growth: manage long-term relationships and collaborate with sales on media strategy to scale investment and meet business goals.
Product adoption: drive adoption of multiple advertising formats and measurement solutions, troubleshoot issues, guide platform strategy.
Data analysis & optimization: monitor proprietary metrics to identify real-time optimization opportunities.
Strategic consulting: translate performance data into actionable insights for business reviews and client meetings.
