Job summary

Roche is seeking a Data Governance Strategy & Operations Lead to drive high-impact digital transformations across Pharma Technical Operations. You will bridge digital strategy, data engineering, and operational reality, delivering scalable data products and AI-enabled processes in a global network.

You will work with executive sponsors, apply Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methods, and ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity standards while scaling pilots to enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years leading transformation initiatives in digital/data/operations.
• 3+ years in pharma operations or regulated industries (GxP).
• Strong consultancy background (MB…/Big 4) is a plus.
• Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma with Agile/SAFe and Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Co-own scoping, delivery, and value realization of digital initiatives with exec stakeholders.
• Co-lead data product deployment and AI/ML models into manufacturing routines.
• Use diagnostics and metrics to build business cases and track value.
• Partner with OCM leads to scale adoption and translate analytics into design improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, Data Integrity, and regulatory standards.
• Scale pilots to enterprise data products across the global network.
• Support site teams in Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking to build capabilities.
