Job summary

Springboard35 is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern in Madrid for a 6-month internship. You will gain hands-on experience in content strategy, digital marketing, and growth initiatives, collaborating with Marketing and Business Development teams to execute campaigns and optimize performance.

You will develop skills in SEO, content creation, and analytics while exploring AI-powered tools and strategies to drive measurable results for diverse partners across Europe and LATAM.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
• Strong writing and copywriting skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Curious and analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance.
• Interest in SEO, GEO, digital marketing, and AI; personal projects are a plus.
• Fluent English (C1 or strong B2) and good written Spanish.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• SEO & GEO: Support keyword research and content optimization to improve visibility on search engines and AI-powered platforms.
• Content & Copywriting: Research, write, and adapt engaging content for LinkedIn, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Marketing Analytics: Track website traffic, LinkedIn performance, and campaign results to identify opportunities.
• AI & Digital Tools: Explore how AI and digital marketing tools can improve content creation and workflows.
• Marketing Campaigns: Support digital campaigns, lead generation activities, and other initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Business Development teams on different projects.
