Job summary

IQVIA Advisory Services is seeking an experienced consultant to join the Commercial Solutions Excellence Centres. You will support and lead strategic consulting engagements for leading life sciences companies across Brand & Commercial Strategy, Asset & Portfolio Strategy, and Pricing & Market Access.

You will work with senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary IQVIA teams to develop evidence-based recommendations that influence decisions across the product lifecycle, from early asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree advantageous but not required.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in life sciences strategy consulting.
• Experience delivering strategic projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support multiple strategic consulting projects across the life sciences industry.
• Structure complex business problems and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate strategic insights.
• Design and oversee primary and secondary research activities.
• Manage stakeholders across client organizations, cross-functional teams, and project leadership.
• Design, structure, and deliver client reports, presentations, and workshops.
• Present findings and recommendations to client teams and senior executives.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development and pitch materials.
• Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and healthcare industry trends.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to support their development.
• Lead internal initiatives such as recruitment, training, capability building, and knowledge sharing.
• Support innovation through the adoption of advanced analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and new ways of working.
